Scientific Housewife

I definitely wear it!

Alice Bachini-Smith

OK, I'll weigh in... I hardly ever wear deodorant. People vary, and if you don't sweat much and wash there often, your pits may well be fine. Deodorant/ anti-perspirants don't keep you clean, remember- they mask smells and block pores. In the Texas summer deodorant is a joke, you are going to be sweating and you just have to shower a lot and not wear little silk blouses (other reason I stopped wearing deodorant- fed up with stains on my clothes, even from "invisible" products!)

Seema

hmmmmm....I wear it but I dunno if I need to, I just do if you know what I mean. I think i may just go sans deoderant for a day and see how I fare.

Bee

I live in Rio, so there's no way I can leave home without putting on deodorant... I'd be stinking in ten minutes.

dgm

Oh, yes! I've already conducted numerous deodorant and no-deodorant experiments and I definitely need it even when I don't work out. It's a cryin' shame.

Stephanie

I've found that after detoxing, I don't really 'stink' without deo. But, if been drinking alot of coffee and eating junkfood- I have to clean the area a few times during the day. That what those sweaty parts are for, to release toxins! But, if I'm being a good girl and eating healthy, nope, no need for deo.

Jackie

Has anyone ever had Botox injections to stop sweating? I know this is gross, but I can imagine doing it before, say, a really formal event in hot, humid weather.

Kelsey Bean

I don't wear it. And I don't smell unless I'm sweaty so my solution? Unscented baby wipes in my purse. Perfect, nonsmelly nonsweaty pits!

Jeremy

I shave my pits for drag and I don't wear deoderant much unless it's hot outside and nights I perform other than that you'd never know!
