I love my iPhone, I do, but of the two-dozen apps I've loaded, I only use one every day, and that's Lose It! Which is free; which has zero learning curve, and which I am finding really helpful in keeping me honest about how much I am eating, how much I am exercizing, and how soon I will lose the additional four pounds I want to get down by the time I head to Panama in January. It's seriously easy to navigate.
Anyone else using this? What do you think?

I've been using it for months now and its great! I personally think its the best weight loss tool...it really helps you count calories (It has a huge database of foods and you can add your own too with full nutritional values), it helps you plan out your weight loss goal (customized to your height, weight, amount you want to lose) and watch your progress (there is a visual chart you can look at that shows your progress). It's really great to see the the chart go down. ;)
