I have a pathological hatred of that messy, messy stuff. But this, via Demi Moore, is pretty neat:

Hmm. I have never understood the appeal of Great Lash, sounds like someone at the company perpetuated the myth or "legend" that it's the best mascara ever (right). Plus, Maybelline tests on animals so I won't use it. Maybelline is cheap makeup too.

I do not object to cheap or to (humane) animal testing, but I do object to mascara that runs down my face with no provocation.

I totally agree! I spent a decade as a makeup artist and when I would read in all of the magazines about how much makeup artists adore this mediocre product, I would cringe. It is on my list of top 3 worst mascaras of all time.

Has any body tryed the Big Tease Mascara from Bare Escentuals. I wanted to try it and I saw that www.pinkdiscount.com has them for only 5 dollars. Has anybody shopped there?

I, too, hate Great Lash. I bought it after reading in a magazine that makeup artists swear by it and I threw it away almost immediately after trying it. It was awful--smudges galore, clumpy on my lashes, didn't do anything for me.
